This week we invite USA Today bestselling author, Merrillee Whren. I’m so happy you took the time to answer some questions for my readers.


What’s your favorite device in your writing space? 

Merrillee: My computer

How long have you been writing?

Merrillee:I’ve been writing for over thirty years, longer if you count the writing I did while I was in high school.

Who are your favorite authors?  8. What inspires your writing?

Merrillee:The struggles shared by Christians as we try to follow God’s plan. My characters share the problems of every day Christians.

 How would you define pure love? 

Merrillee: I will quote a couple of my favorite scriptures

John 15:13 NRSV No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Romans 12:9 NRSV Let love be genuine; hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good;
