Book Review Friday! Moosed Opportunities by Jan Elder

Moosed Opportunities is the first book in the Picnics and Promises box set. It’s a light romance to keep you satisfied during these hot and rainy summer days.

Reverend Samantha Evans loves Maine, of course that could have something to do with her hunky fiancé Eric Palmer. Too bad their busy schedules are keeping them apart.

Between missing teenagers and a pregnant moose, Forest Ranger Eric Palmer has his hands full. How is he supposed to find time to see Samantha little lone marry the woman he loves. After a mishap with his dogs that results in Eric having to go o the hospital, his ex-wife shows up and makes things worse.

With their obligations pulling them in opposite directions, will they find time to be together?

I enjoyed this read. Both characters were sweet and honorable. The plot was engaging. I had hoped to see more of the wedding planning between Samantha and Eric. He seemed more into getting married than she did. All in all it was a nice sweet read. I give it four stars!
